Hong Kong Public Affairs and Social Service Society
It was first established by a group of hong kong It was first established by a group of Hong Kong students in LSE. PASS has since expanded to over twenty universities in the UK.
EXHKPASS was established in 2011 to promote awareness for public affairs of Hong Kong, China, and the World, as well as contributing back to the local and Hong Kong community through social service events and activities.

Public Affairs
The Public Affairs Department aims at raising awareness on local and global issues in Hong Kong and around the world. Through passionate debates and active discussions with our fellow peers, new and unique perspectives are exchanged.
Social Service
The Social Service department hosts a wide variety of activities, ranging from internal services such as volunteering in the community centre and the kindergarten, to external events by collaborating with other HKPASSes.
Publicity
The Publicity department is responsible for the promotion and publication of EXHKPASS. By designing posters and managing social media platforms of our society, it strengthens the linkage among the community we serve.
