ANNUAL EVENTS
As a Hong Kong public affairs and social service society in Exeter, it is our resposibility to raise awareness of public affairs and contributing back to the local and the Hong Kong community through social services and activities.
Exeter Forum
Exeter Forum is our annual flagship event where a series of discussion and debates concerning the contemporary issues in Hong Kong takes place. It is a highly anticipated event every year with participants from different HKPASS societies. It aims to provide an opportunity for universities across the UK to collaborate and delve into current matters in Hong Kong.
Cultural Connect
The “Cultural Connect” is a programme aiming to provide
local students with a taste of different cultures. EXHKPASS ran a seven-week-long voluntary service targeting pre-school students in Primary School.
By fostering interactive teaching, the sub-committee
members prepared a variety of handcrafts that had
successfully enhanced the interest of the pupils in aspects
like animals, world maps, and cultural differences. We are
delighted to have received positive feedback from the
students that they fully enjoyed the sessions and have
learnt abundantly.
The EXHKPASS takes this opportunity to thank our
volunteers, especially the ones who raised funds in the
food sale that allows this event to run successfully.
